HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NOs. 31240 & 31326 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER:

These two Writ Petitions are filed praying to implement the award passed by the Labour Court, Anantapuram in I.D.Nos. 226 & 344 of 2013 dated 4.2.2016.

When the matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for petitioners submits that the petitioners seek to avail the remedy available before the Labour Court for enforcement of the award passed by the Labour Court.

Recording the said submission of the petitioners, these Writ Petitions are disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the Labour Court for enforcement of the award passed by the Labour Court. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
