HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.42847 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 1 to 5 in not considering the representation dated 5.11.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking to take action against the 6th respondent for making illegal and un-authorised construction in the plot No.4, Door No.15-21-135, Balaji Nagar, Kukatpally, Cybarabad, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted an application to the respondents 1 to 5, seeking to take action against the 6th respondent for making illegal and unauthorised construction in the subject property on 5.11.2018, no action has been taken so far.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 to 5, to deal with the representation dated 5.11.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking to take action against the 6th respondent for making illegal and unauthorised construction in the subject property and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight to twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
