HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.42643 of 2018 ORDER :

The only grievance of the petitioner is that he has filed appeal before the 2nd respondent on 30.11.2017 in R.O.R.Appeal No.14 of 2017 against the orders passed by the 5th respondent. As no orders are passed by the appellate authority, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the Statutory appeal filed by the petitioner is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ A. RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 27th November, 2018 ajr
