HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 2343 of 2017 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order passed in W.P.No.30229 of 2015 dated 08.10.2015. In the said Writ Petition this Court directed consideration of the representation within a period of sixty (60) days. So, the period of limitation for filing the Contempt Case starts from the expiry of sixty (60) days, but the present Contempt Case is filed on 30.08.2017 which is clearly barred by limitation. In the circumstances, it is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy in the pending Writ Petition. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
