Having realized that Vakalat is not signed by the petitioner in the O.P., but signed by another person claiming himself to be Vamshi Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. Permission is accorded.

The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
