Waheed Uddin Khan v. The State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.42741 OF 2018
O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
From a perusal of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and the submissions of the learned counsel, there appears to be a civil dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents 3 and 4, and the petitioner in this writ petition is seeking to rope in the official respondent No.2 - Tahsildar, to resolve his dispute. In view of the same, this court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition, however, the same is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to invoke private law remedy.
Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
