Petitioners' grievance is that they had given a representation on 24.09.2018 to the 2nd respondent-University regarding fixation of time scale to the petitioners and that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

Sri N.Sreerama Murthy, Standing Counsel appearing for 2nd respondent states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dt.24.09.2018 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
