HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.37858 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not issuing the proceedings by mutating the name of the petitioner and his wife in respect of subject land. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made application on 01-05-2017 for mutation of his name in revenue records before the 3rd respondent and the petitioner was directed to pay mutation fee by letter dated 31-05-2017 and the petitioner paid said fees on 08-06-2017. But no orders are passed.

Heard Sri L.Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01-05-2017 and take action on the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
