THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2275 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This contempt case was instituted alleging wilful disobedience to the order dated 23.02.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21777 of 2016. By the said order, this Court directed the respondent authorities to grant the benefit of weightage marks to the writ petitioner for the contract service rendered by him in Arogyasri Health Care Trust and in the event he comes within the zone of consideration for selection to the post of Civil Assistant Surgeon, the authorities were directed to appoint him to the said post.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-II, State of Telangana, would submit that the aforestated order has been duly complied with. He produced a copy of the proceedings dated 17.03.2018 issued by the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, State of Telangana, whereunder the writ petitioner was appointed as a Civil Assistant Surgeon and posted at the Primary Health Centre, Nelakondapally, Khammam District.

In the light of the aforestated development, no cause survives for consideration in this contempt case which is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
