ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner-Society challenging the notice dated 16.11.2018, where under election schedule was announced to conduct elections of the Managing Committee Members to the petitioner-Society.

Once election schedule is announced, ordinarily Court should not interfere in conducting of elections. Furthermore, the election is to Mutually Aided Cooperative Society. Court is informed that in terms of the schedule, elections were already conducted. Thus, if the petitioner has any grievance on the newly elected body, as per the elections held, in terms of the impugned schedule, it is open to petitioner to avail remedy as available in law. Granting such liberty, Writ Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
