Sri G.Vijay Kumar, learned Counsel for petitioners, after arguing the writ petition for some time and accepting the position that the grievance of the petitioners can be conveniently and effectively canvassed before 3rd respondent, who is the revenue division head, and who can call for all records, examine and dispose of the grievance of the petitioners, seeks liberty to file a representation before the 3rd respondent.
The request of the learned counsel for the petitioners is accepted. The petitioners are given liberty to represent to 3rd respondent on the grievances they have with regard to dispossession from an extent of Ac.1.80 cents each in Sy.Nos.2173/ 1B & 2173/ 1A of Vontimitta village & Mandal, YSR Kadapa district, and the 3rd respondent considers the representation and passes orders in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
