OFFICE NOTE 28.09.2022 HCJ & CVBR, J IASR Nos.67638, 67640 & 67641 of 2022 Earlier, C.C.No.2209 of 2017 was disposed of by order dated 12.07.2021.

Subsequently, I.A.No.1 of 2022 was filed seeking leave to file the reopen petition and I.A. No.2 of 2022 was filed to re-open the suo motu contempt case. We find that by order dated 16.02.2022, both the interlocutory applications were dismissed by the coordinate bench by noting that State Security Commission and Police Complaints Authority have been constituted in the State of Telangana.

Now, the present interlocutory applications have been filed to recall the order dated 16.02.2022 passed in IA.Nos.1 and 2 of 2022 and the order dated 12.07.2021 passed in the contempt case.

Having regard to the reason assigned by the coordinate bench, we do not find any justifiable reason to recall the order dated 16.02.2022 passed in I.A.Nos.1 and of and consequently, the order dated 12.07.2021 passed in the contempt case. Therefore, these applications are closed.
