This Criminal Appea-l is filed aggrieved by the Judgment dated 15. 10.20 18 passed by the learned VI Special Magistrate, Hyderabad in C.C.No. 175 of 2Ol7 (Old C.C.No.587 of 2Ol7\ for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.
