This revision is filed aggrieved by inaction on the part of III Additional District Judge, Tirupati, Chittoor District in disposing of the I.A.No.189 of 2016 in O.S.No.103 of 2016, though counter affidavit is filed by the petitioner in the same. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Court below is directed to dispose of I.A.No.189 of 2016 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
