The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act alleging that the respondents have willfully and deliberately disobeyed the order dated 16.04.2018 passed in W.P.No.25827 of 2012. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, produced the proceedings dated 18.01.2019, stating that the order has been complied. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed. However, granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the said proceedings, if they aggrieved.
