When the matter is called, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner so also learned Government Pleader that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 27.11.2015, in W.P.No.38405 of 2015 of this Court. A copy of the same is filed along with writ material papers. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is allowed, in terms thereof, by setting aside the notice bearing No.C/3290/2018, dated 17.11.2018, issued by the 2nd respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 27.11.2015, in W.P.No.38405 of 2015 to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
