THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.37740 of 2017 ORDER:

In this writ petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the grievance of the writ petitioner is non-disposal of the building permission application No.3/ C1/ 00187/ 2016, dated 02.07.2016, of the petitioner by the respondents as per rules.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if a direction is given to the respondents to consider and dispose of the application, the grievance of the petitioner would be redressed. 4.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents endorses the said submission.

Having regard to the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the application, dated 02.07.2016, of the petitioner within three weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order in strict accordance with the procedure established by law and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioner within a week thereafter.

There shall be no order as to costs.
