No. 2393 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in complying with the order dated 17.07.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 29900 of 2015.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the order dated 17.07.2017 passed in W.P.No. 29900 of 2015 has been complied with.

In view of the above submission, the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
