Learned counsel for the petitioners Mr. Mohammed Ilyas, submitted that he has instructions from his clients to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition stating all the facts with appropriate prayer. Therefore, he seeks permission for the same.

Permission accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
