When this matter is taken up today, it is pointed out by the learned Public Prosecutor that eight out of nine witnesses in C.C.No.1863 of 2014 pending on the file of the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam, which is sought to be transferred, are from Visakhapatnam area.

Under such circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this matter.
