Petitioner filed report before the Station House Officer, Gachibowli Police Station, Gachibowli dated 06.11.2018 against unofficial respondents 6 and 7 alleging criminal trespass and encroachment over the subject property. Whereas, he filed the present writ petition alleging inaction on the part of the 5th respondent - Tahsildar, in taking action on his report dated 06.11.2018, stated to have been made to Station House Officer.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that in pursuance of the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.11.2018, the Station House Officer, Gachibowli Police Station, registered the crime and in proceeding with the investigation in accordance with law.
