Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue his grievance with the revenue authorities on the mutation claim pending with them and with reference to alleged illegal construction.

Granting the said liberty, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
