It is the case of the petitioner that he acquired Ac.2.00 cents in Sy.No.92 of Vellatur village by way of an unregistered Settlement Deed from his uncle and also acquired Ac.1.17 cents in Sy.No.208-2 of Vellatur Village from his aunt in the year 1996. The 4th respondent-Tahsildar, Bollapalli Mandal also issued pattadar pass book and title deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of land totally to an extent of Ac.3.17 cents. However, without issuing any notice, petitioner's name was deleted from the web land record. Though the petitioner issued notices to the 4th respondent and also to the 2nd respondent for correction of entries in the web land record, no action is being taken. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Though learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions stating that enquiry was conducted, but it is not clear whether any orders are passed in pursuant to the application of the petitioner.
In view of the same, the 3rd and 4th respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.07.2016 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affected parties.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stands closed.
