HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 2136 of 2017 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order passed in W.P.No.40913 of 2014 dated 31.12.2014. This Court directed disposal of the appeal by the first respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. The order of this Court is dated 31.12.2014 and the present Contempt Case is filed in 2017 i.e., nearly after two years. In the circumstances, the present Contempt Case cannot be entertained and it is open to the petitioner to work out her remedies. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
