Sri K. Keertivardhan, learned counsel for Sri P. Vikram, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the parties have been negotiating to settle the dispute in the original suit and, therefore, at the request of the petitioner, he has addressed a letter, dated 02.03.2018, to the Registrar (Judicial) and also moved a slip for withdrawal of the Civil Revision Petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
