This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of 2nd respondent in not disposing the application dated 24-08-2016 submitted by the petitioner for mutation of land to an extent of Ac.1-00 guntas in Sy.No.97/A2 of Kallure Village and Mandal, Kurnool District. Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that application submitted by the petitioner for mutation is pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law and take action within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
