Mr.Aka Venkataramana, on instructions, states that on 26.02.2018, the appeal has been considered and disposed of by the appellate authority vide Ref.No.RMG/VIG/128/2002. The copy of the order was dispatched on 03.03.2018. The outcome of consideration of appeal is that the appellate authority has confirmed the order of the disciplinary authority.

As this Court cannot go into merits or otherwise of the decision now taken by the appellate authority, by leaving it open the remedies available in law, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
