THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12783 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

2. Petitioner's grievance is that he had made a representation dt.24.09.2015 for issuance of E-Pass Book to her in respect of the subject land and that no action has been taken by the 4th respondent in that regard.

3. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider the application made by the petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

4. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's application dt.24.09.2015 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
