THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.43049 of 2018 ORDER :

Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Services-II, for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has been placed under suspension pending enquiry on 19.06.2018 by 2nd respondent and a charge-memo had also been issued to petitioner on 27.06.2018; that petitioner is innocent; and respondents are trying to delay the enquiry.

The learned Government Pleader for Services-II, appearing for respondents, states that the respondents have already appointed an Enquiry Officer, and that the enquiry into the allegations leveled against the petitioner will be completed within a period of three (03) months.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to enquire into the allegations leveled against the petitioner within a period of three (03) months in compliance with the applicable Rules. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
