THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY M.A.C.M.A.No.2754 of 2017 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act assailing the judgment and decree dated 24.05.2017 passed in M.V.O.P.No.22 of 2014 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-IX Additional District Judge, West Godavari at Kovvur.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
