HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.42793 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in trying to demolish the 1st petitioner's house bearing No.1-37 and trying to dispossess the petitioners from their house sites situated at R.S.No.143, Paningipalli Village, K. Gangavaram Mandal, East Godavari District, without following due process of law. Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent-authorities may be directed to follow the due procedure established under law while taking any coercive steps of demolition or dispossession of the petitioners. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to follow the due process of law in case of any dispossession or demolition of the subject premises of the petitioners. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
