This petition is filed by the petitioners - Accused Nos.1 to 3 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail to them in Crime No.12 of 2016 on the file of Maredumilli Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(a)(c ) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C ) of the NDPS Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioners were found in possession of 134.800 kgs of ganja.

Since the quantity of ganja found in possession of the petitioners is commercial, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought by them.
