This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in trying to evict the petitioners from the lands to an extent of Ac.2.80 cents in Sy.No.317/P47 of the 1st petitioner, Ac.2.90 cents in Sy.No.317/P48 of the 3rd petitioner, Ac.2.65 cents in Sy.No.317/P45 of the 4th petitioner and Ac.3.00 cents in Sy.No.317/P49 of the 5th petitioner, situated at Marlagunta Village, Dakkili Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, and to direct the respondents not to interfere with peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over the said land.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions submits that the respondents will follow due process before taking any action in respect of the subject property. Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject land without following due process of law.
