HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO I.T.T.A.No. 736 of 2017 JUDGMENT: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) The Commissioner of Income Tax (IT & TP), in the office of the Commissioner of Income Tax, (International Taxation and Transfer Pricing), Hyderabad, has addressed a letter to the Standing Counsel on 09.08.2018 requesting to withdraw the list of cases appended to the letter. Pursuant to a request made by the learned Standing Counsel, the matter is posted under the caption " for withdrawal" .

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of Circular No.3 of 2018 dated 11.07.2018. The questions of law are left open. In case it is found that the case falls within the exception, liberty is given. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
