It is the case of the petitioner that he is a landless poor belonging to Schedule Caste community and owing to the said fact he was issued D-Form patta vide proceedings in File No.99/1409 assigning him an extent of Ac.1-50 cents of land in Survey No.1C of Sanganapalli village, Dikkili mandal, SPSR Nellore District. It is alleged that respondent No.3 along with his officials visited the land of the petitioner and tried to evict him. Apprehending dispossession from his land by the respondent authorities, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Andhra Pradesh. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that respondent authorities will follow due process of law with regard to the subject property before taking any action.
Recording the submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities not to evict the petitioner without following due process of law with regard to subject property.
