This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondents in not receiving the application for grant of providing electricity supply to the petitioner's property. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentCorporation submits that this Court disposed of similar W.P.No.15928 of 2017 by its order dated 09-10-2017. In view of the same, since the petitioner has made an application seeking service connection, it is for the respondents to consider the said application in accordance with the regulations applicable to providing service connection and the respondents are directed to receive the application and take necessary action in accordance with law. It is open to the respondents to reject the application if the petitioner did not fulfill the requirements of law by issuing necessary communication to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
