HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2187 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner - defendant questioning the order dated 16.03.2016 in E.P. No.40 of 2015 in O.S. No.396 of 2013 passed by the II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at NTR Nagar, whereby the petition filed under Order XXI of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking to sell the EP schedule property in public auction and realize money to satisfy the decree, was allowed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court by the registry, execution petition itself was disposed of on 24.06.2016, hence, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication..

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
