Aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, in considering the application of the petitioner dated 10.09.2018 for issuance of e-pass books in respect of the subject property, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner stated to have been made on 10.09.2018 and take action in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
