The grievance of the petitioners is that respondents are seeking to evict him from the subject property, without following the due process of law. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submit that before taking any action against the petitioners, in respect of the subject property, respondents would follow the due process of law. Recording the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioners from the subject property without following the due process of law.
