Aggrieved by the inaction of respondents 2 and 3 - Tahsildar and Mandal Surveyor, in considering the application made by the petitioner through F-Line dated 26.07.2018 along with Mee-seva receipt for Rs.535/ - for conducting survey of the subject property, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the above referred application stated to have been made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
