HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.42909 of 2018 ORDER :

The only grievance of the petitioner is that he made a representation, dated 30.10.2018, to the 2nd respondent for deleting his land from the prohibitory list and to permit registration of the said land. As no action is taken on the said representation, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the representation of the petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the above referred representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
