THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.42941 of 2018 O R D E R:

Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.Jithendar, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents.

Petitioner has questioned the impugned order placing him under suspension on 16.05.2018 and his grievance is that the said order of suspension cannot be sustained and there has been no review to the said order, which is to be done within three (03) months.

However, the Standing Counsel Sri B.Jithendar, appearing for respondents has produced proceedings which indicate that the suspension of the petitioner was reviewed.

Counsel for petitioner however contends that petitioner had made representation on 20.06.2018 to the 4th respondent and that the 4th respondent has not considered the same till date. 5.

Sri B.Jithendar, Standing Counsel appearing for 4th respondent states that the 4th respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of four (04) weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.20.06.2018 within a period of four (04) weeks

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs. 7.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
