This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 19.07.2017 passed in I.A.No.673 of 2015 in O.S.No.140 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Rajampet. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
