THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.42811 OF 2018 O R D E R :

Petitioner has challenged the Notification dt.16.12.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent insofar as proposing to fill up the post of Anganwadi Worker of Godiganur Village, Chagalamarri Mandal, Kurnool District.

According to the petitioner, there was a selection held on 23.12.2015 in which the 5th respondent was provisionally selected, which the petitioner questioned in W.P.No.42362 of 2015, and on 18.08.2016 this Court had remitted the matter back to the 2nd respondent to re-examine the issue and that no subsequent order has been passed by the 2nd respondent.

If the petitioner's grievance is that the said order dt.18.08.2016 in W.P.No.42362 of 2015 is not complied with, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in that regard but he cannot stall filling up of the above posts on the said pretext. 4.

Therefore, I see no merit in this Writ Petition and it is accordingly dismissed at the admission stage. No order as to costs. 5.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
