ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

Petitioner is aggrieved by cancellation of authorization vide proceedings dated 24.8.2018. Charges were leveled and on consideration of the explanation, orders were passed by the Joint Collector. Against the said decision of the Joint Collector, appeal lies to the District Collector under Clause 24 of A.P. State Targetted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2018. Petitioner has not availed the said remedy of appeal and straightaway filed the present writ petition. Court do not see any error in the jurisdiction or competence of the Joint Collector warranting interference when remedy of appeal is available. Therefore, granting liberty to avail remedy of appeal, the writ petition is disposed of. If appeal is filed within the time stipulated, same shall be disposed of expeditiously, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of appeal.
