THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESW ARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2 2 0 6 of 2 0 1 7 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the Order Dt.07.09.2017 in W.P.No.7661 of 2017, wherein this Court gave liberty to the petitioner to submit a compliance report to respondent No.2 pursuant to the Order passed by him on 21.09.2016 within 15 days.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the compliance report, as directed by this Court, was submitted on 12.09.2017.

Learned Counsel for Respondent submitted that after perusing the compliance report submitted by the Petitioner, an Order was passed on 16.10.2017.

In view of passing the Order dt.16.10.2017 on the compliance report submitted by the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in the present petition.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
