This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 02.08.2017 passed in I.A.No.457 of 2017 in O.S.No.81 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Gurazala. 2.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.81 of 2012, O.S.No.121 of 2009 and O.S.No.140 of 2009 simultaneously.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Gurazala is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.81 of 2012, O.S.No.121 of 2009 and O.S.No.140 of 2009 simultaneously. 5.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
