O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, in considering the application of the petitioner through Mee-seva dated 04.06.2018 filed under Form VI-A of A. P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971, for mutation of his name in revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject property, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner stated to have been made through Mee-Seva on 04.06.2018, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
