The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not taking any action in pursuance of G.O.Rt.No.279 dated 08.10.2018 of Law (G) Department, by issuing consequent proceedings for permitting the petitioner to take charge as Additional Government Pleader for XI Additional District Judge's Court, Gudivada, Krishna District as per common order dated 26.09.2018, in W.P.Nos.26722 of 2018 and 31131 of 2018, as illegal and arbitrary. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that in spite of the above said G.O, the 3rd respondent-District Collector, is not taking any action in respect of the petitioner for permitting him to take charge as Government Pleader for XI Additional District Judge's Court, Gudivada, Krishna District, as per the common order dated 26.09.2018 in W.P.Nos.

26722 of 2018 and 31131 of 2018, passed by this Court. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for the 3rd respondent, placed on record the order dated 23.11.2018, passed by the 3rd respondent-District Collector, wherein it is stated that Sri Gorla Rambabu, Advocate has been appointed as Additional Government Pleader to the Additional District Judge Court, Gudivada and he was directed to take over the charge. Recording the statement made by the learned Government Pleader for the 3rd respondent, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
