THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 3155 OF 2018 O R D E R:

This Contempt Case is filed complaining disobedience on the part of the respondents of the order dated 09.08.2018 in Writ Petition No. 25830 of 2018, a perusal of which discloses that accepting the submission made by the petitioner that an Application was made on 12.06.2018 to the respondent authorities seeking permission for construction of compound wall, this Court directed to verify the said representation/ Application and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within four weeks.

In the counter-affidavit, it is clearly asserted that the petitioner had not made any Application online, as is mandated under the Rules, as, as on date, all the Applications are required to be made only through e-office.

Since it is not the assertion of the petitioner that he had made Application online, liberty is given to him to do so seeking permission for construction of compound wall / building by enclosing all necessary documents and by paying the requisite fee, as mandated under the Rules. As and when such Application is made, the same shall be considered and necessary orders be passed within four weeks thereafter. With this order, the Contempt Case is closed. Registry to dispatch a copy of this order to the respondents forthwith.
